1.Onion Curry with Fried Garlic Topping (Mild)

Curry Roux from Awaji Island which uses Awaji onion and Awaji onion juice as the raw ingredients without using any meat for its flavour. The included fried garlic topping can also be used with other Japanese, Western or Chinese dishes such as ramen, meat (such as grilled meat), pasta or salads.

2. Awajishima no kaori onion soup (8 packets), fried garlic.

Premium onion soup produced using 100% Awaji Island onions. Fried garlic with a sweet taste are natural seasonings which are great for use with various dishes according to your taste.

Freeze-dried miso soup made with Awaji Island onions which have a sweet aroma and a nice texture as well as medium/hot miso.
And Freeze-dried pork miso soup with onions from Awaji Island and plenty of ingredients.
“Kawabata Miso” (who has been making miso from 180 years on Awaji Island) makes handmade rice bran using traditional methods, and is proud to say that they make their miso without using any additives and only with locally produced ingredients.
